MA, <br /> BOr <br /> oard - Committee - Commission - Council: 2121 NOY -9 PM 12: O7 <br /> Board of Health <br /> Date: 2020-03-25 Time: 10:00 AM <br /> Building: Location: <br /> Address: Session: Open Session <br /> Purpose: Open Sesson COVID-19 Version: Final <br /> Attendees: Members - Present: <br /> Eleanor Shonkoff, Emmy Dove, Kevin Sexton <br /> Members - Not Present: <br /> Laura Vlasuk <br /> Others Present: <br /> John Costigan, Jean Delios, Mark Gagnon (Superintended of Meadowbrook <br /> Golf Course) <br /> Minutes Respectfully Submitted By: Jean Delos <br /> Topics of Discussion: <br /> Public Comment was opened with no comments received <br /> Meadowbrook Golf Course was discussed as there was a request to allow outdoor crews to <br /> do work at the golf course. Gagnon states that the work needs to be timed over the next <br /> few weeks to properly treat the golf course. Discussion continued over how this would be <br /> done safely under existing protocols for COVID-19. Motion to approve the request by Dove <br /> seconded by Shonkoff, roll-call Dove, yes; Shonkoff, yes; Sexton, yes. <br /> Dove will draft a memo so that there is something in writing indicating the BOH approval <br /> and will provide it to Vlasuk for distribution. Dove will send this to Command for approval <br /> as well. <br /> COVID-19 Cases were reviewed. Currently there are 11 presumptive positive COVID-19 <br /> cases. <br /> The Plastic Bag Ban was discussed and the lifting of the ban was also discussed. Sexton <br /> offered to reach out to the managers of the two major supermarkets (Stop and Shop and <br /> Market Basket). <br /> The Select Board meeting schedule was reviewed including the 3/31/20 meeting that will be <br /> held remotely. <br /> The most recent clarification by Town Counsel was also discussed and it was agreed that it <br /> would be forward to Jayne Wellman for her information. <br /> Motion to adjourn by Sexton, seconded by Shonkoff.
