The Committee voted unanimously to allow groups to use the TF as <br /> long as they comply with all CDC, State and Reading Board of Health guidelines. <br /> • Several requests have been received by DPW for groups to camp in the TF that <br /> were not Scouts or Reading Recreation. The Committee voted unanimously that <br /> any requests for use of the TF by groups other than Scouts or Reading Rec need <br /> TFC approval prior to receiving a permit from DPW. <br /> • 901h Anniversary Celebration <br /> a Request for DCF funding is due by 6/30/20 <br /> o Reading Celebration Committee will contribute $1,515 <br /> o A video will be prepared on how to pull buckthorn <br /> • Cohasset does an annual invasive plant pull called Weedfest <br /> • Try an annual buckthorn pull in Reading? <br /> • Sign-up through TFC, not the Town <br /> o REI is unable to contribute to the event due to COVID <br /> • Lecturers have been lined up from Mass Audubon, forester Phil Benjamin, <br /> and bird/animal speakers <br /> • May need to hold all activities outside due to COVID <br /> • Voted unanimously to approve the minutes of the 5/26/20 meeting <br /> • Next Meeting: scheduled for July 14, 2020 at 7:00 pm <br /> Page 1 1 <br />
