Participants will be in <br /> groups of two family members each who will comply with the CDC's COVID 19 <br /> recommendations. The TFC suggested that he focus on planting around the Council <br /> Ring and asked him to coordinate his activities with the Scout from Troop 702 who <br /> will also be replanting in the TF. The TFC voted unanimously to approve the project. <br /> • 901 Anniversary Celebration <br /> o Funding still being sought <br /> o Application to DCR for funding by lune 301° <br /> • COVID <br /> o Use of TF has increased substantially since the COVID lock-down began. TF is <br /> very crowded with walkers and dogs. <br /> o DPW has received many complaints about over-crowding and parking on <br /> Strout Ave. <br /> • Recent wind storm dropped many trees on TF trails. The Trails Committee will clear <br /> the smaller trees and DPW will clear the large trees. <br /> • Review and approval of previous meeting minutes <br /> o Voted unanimously to approve the minutes to the 2/4/2020 meeting. <br /> • Next Meeting: Will be May 26, 2020 <br /> Page 1 1 <br />
