Lu <br /> Board of Health <br /> Date: 2020-03-26 Time: 10:02 AM <br /> Building: Location: <br /> Address: Session: Open Session <br /> Purpose: CoronaVirus/Covid-19 Version: Final <br /> Attendees: Members - Present: <br /> Emmy Dove, Kevin Sexton <br /> Members - Not Present: <br /> Ann Maire Messina, Lara Romonowski, Eleanor Shonoff <br /> Others Present: <br /> Jean Delios, Laura Vlasuk <br /> Minutes Respectfully Submitted By: Emmy Dove <br /> Topics of Discussion: <br /> Agenda <br /> Discussed Governor Baker's Grocery and Pharmacy order, which requires additional efforts to maintain social <br /> distancing and sanitation <br /> • Ms.Vlasuk suggested the health inspector conduct spot checks for all open retail <br /> food establishments <br /> • Ms. Dove and Mr. Sexton agreed that this would be a good course of action <br /> • Mr. Markman (inspector) will return for onsite work beginning 3/30/2020 <br /> Ms. Delios informed Board that the van driver will be delivering food and supplies next week. <br /> Mr. Sexton updated the Board on Reading Coalition for Prevention and Support(formerly RCASA) <br /> • They are monitoring police calls and actively assisting in providing resources. <br /> Update from Ms.Vlasuk <br /> • Current number of positive cases of COVID-19: 16 <br /> o Most are aged 20-50 <br /> • Stoneham will be hosting a drive-thru testing clinic <br /> • Ms. Vlasuk and Mr. Markman worked with the Economic Development Coordinator <br /> on establishing a list of businesses that are still open <br /> Mr. Sexton made a motion to appoint Kristine Harris as the new public health nurse.
