Maior Modification to an Approved Site Plan Review <br /> 107 Main Street Fusilli's Restaurant <br /> There was no one present on behalf of the Application. <br /> Mr. Weston read the Applicant's request for the public hearing to be continued to April 13, <br /> 2020. <br /> Mr. Salina made a motion to continue the public hearing for the Major Modification <br /> to an Approved Site Plan Review at 107 Main Street, Fusilli's Restaurant, to April <br /> 13, 2020 st 7:30 PM. The motion was seconded by Mr. D'Arezzo and approved <br /> with a 4-0-0 vote. <br /> Ms. Julie Mercier, Community Development Director, suggested the Commission review the <br /> October 7n and November 4n draft minutes as a refresher of what was discussed at <br /> previous meetings regarding the proposed amendments to the Table of Uses and Sign Bylaw <br /> for a later discussion on the Potential Zoning Bylaw Amendments for 2020. <br /> Mr. Weston informed the members in the audience the next public hearing is not scheduled <br /> until 7:45 PM and the Commission will be reviewing the minutes as suggested by Ms. <br /> Mercier until then. <br /> Mr. Safina asked if Doyon's at 162 Main Street is trying to lease the space as a multi-tenant <br /> building, and commented that the Site Plan Approval is for a single-use building. Ms. <br /> Mercier replied she is unsure, and said the first floor was approved as single-use commercial <br /> with an apartment on the second floor. Mr. Safina asked If Doyon's is still intending to use <br /> 1 <br />
