Call to Order <br /> School Committee Chair Robinson called the Executive Session to order in the RMHS Library <br /> Conference Room at 9:15 p.m. <br /> Non-Represented Personnel <br /> There was discussion regarding salary increases for non-represented personnel. This includes <br /> principals and team chairs. <br /> Superintendent's Salary <br /> Dr. Doherty has taken a 0% increase over the past couple of years. Guidance from last year was <br /> to use market plus COLA($183,067 to $200,720). The Superintendent's evaluation was not <br /> done until October resulting in a delay. <br /> The committee will need to vote the current year,return to open session and vote the new salary <br /> and use the new salary as the base for next year. <br /> We will use$200,000 as a placeholder for the FY21 budget discussion. It was decided to <br /> increase the Superintendent's salary 2.5%to $187,643. <br /> Page I 1 <br />
