4 READING SCHOOL COMMITTEE <br /> Reading, Massachusetts <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Janua 8 2001 <br /> At 9:55 p.m. Chair Cavicchi called the executive session to order. Present were School <br /> Committee members Cavicchi, Dahl, D'Antona, Griset, Keigley and Twomey. Also <br /> present were Superintendent Harutunian, Associate Superintendent Richards, Beth <br /> Klepeis and Richard Foley. <br /> PENDING LITIGATION <br /> Town Treasurer Beth Klepeis discussed with the Committee different options for <br /> borrowing funds for the elementary building project including delaying borrowing due to <br /> the pending litigation. <br /> After discussion, it was the consensus of the Committee that the Superintendent contact <br /> the Town Manager and arrange a meeting with the Chair of the School Committee,the <br /> Chair of the Finance Committee and the Chair of the Board of Selectmen to discuss <br /> issues. <br /> 4 ADJOURN <br /> At 11:00 n.m. Mr. Griset made a motion to ad'ourn. Ms. D'Antona seconded the <br /> motion.
