MASS. and Conservation Commission Meeting <br /> September 19, 2001 <br /> 2001 NOV I b P 12: 1 P <br /> The meeting convened at 8:30 p.m. in the Conference Room, 16 Lowell Street, Reading, <br /> Massachusetts. Present for the Board of Selectmen were Chairman George Hines, Vice <br /> Chairman Camille Anthony, Selectmen Richard Schubert and Gail Wood. Present for the <br /> School Committee were Chairman Timothy Twomey, Vice Chairman William Griset, Jr., <br /> School Committee Members Harvey Dahl, James Keigley and John Russo. Present for <br /> the Conservation Commission were Vice Chairman Patricia Lloyd, Conservation <br /> Commission Members Nancy Eaton and Douglas Greene. Also present were Town <br /> Manager Peter Hechenbleikner, Superintendent of Schools Harry Harmunian, <br /> Conservation Administrator Frances Fink, Counsel Leigh Gilligan and John Giffune from <br /> Gadsby Hannah and Yvonne Gonzalez from Brackett& Lucas. <br /> On motion by Schubert seconded by Anthony, the Board of Selectmen voted to go into <br /> Executive Session for the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to litigation—Mota, <br /> not to come back into Open Session. On a roll call vote, all four members voted in the <br /> affirmative. <br /> On motion by Russo seconded by Griset, the School Committee voted to go into <br /> Executive Session for the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to litigation—Mola, <br /> not to come back into Open Session. On a roll call vote, all present voted in the <br /> affirmative and the motion carried. <br /> The Conservation Commission did not have a quorum and, therefore, its members were <br /> part of the Executive Session but the Conservation Commission was not part of the <br /> Executive Session. <br /> Respectfully sr 'tted, <br /> Harry .
