READING SCHOOL COMMITTED. <br /> Reading, Massachusetts <br /> qq Ag4b <br /> Regular Session IMI Atk pfember 4" 2001 <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chair]"orney called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. in the Superintendent's <br /> Conference Room. Present were School Committee Members Cavicchi, Dahl, Griset. <br /> Kciglep. Russo and Twomey. Also present were Superintendent Harutunian and <br /> Associate Superintendent Richards <br /> EXECUTIYF: SESSION <br /> Ms. Cavicchi moved to enter into executive session for the purpose of conducting <br /> strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with the Teachers' Association, <br /> Secretaries & Clerks, Nurses, Custodial Maintenance Workers, Cafeteria <br /> Employees, Educational Assistants and Administrators, to discuss pending <br /> litigation, to discuss the possible sale or lease of real estate and to discuss the <br /> deployment of security personnel or devices to return to regular session at <br /> approximately 7:30 p.m. Mr. Keiglev seconded the motion. The vote was 6-0 Ms. <br /> Cavicchi, Mr, Dahl, Mr. Griset, Mr. Keiglev, Mr. Russo and Mr. Twomey. <br /> CALL BACK TO ORDER <br /> Chair Twomey called the meeting back to order at 7:35 p.m. Present were all School <br /> Committee Members, Superintendent Harutunian, Associate Superintendent Richards and <br /> Board of Selectmen liaison Matt Cummings. <br /> BILLS & PAYROLL <br /> Bills and Payroll are as follows: <br /> 917/01 Warrant 24 $315.845.52 <br /> 904/01 Warrant 20 597.348.92 <br /> 906/01 Pavroll 21 $700.393.74 <br /> 8/23/01 Payroll 17 $355848.20 <br /> 9/14/01 Payroll 23 $163,258.78 <br /> 8/31/01 Payroll 19 $128,037.71 <br /> CITIZENS INPUT <br /> Mr. Ryan asked why there is not a full time nurse at each school. I le asked if urine the <br /> Hospital Trust Fund had been looked at to supplement the cost of the nurses. He stated <br /> that he would be writing a letter to the School Committee outlining his questions and <br /> concerns. <br />
