Killion opens up the meet at 5:50pm. Recreation Committee gives introductions. <br /> M. Killion states that during the public meeting that everyone adheres to a civil <br /> discourse when having conversations. <br /> M. Killion gives a brief summary of what has transpired up until the point of the <br /> public meeting. She states that it is very important to get the abutters feedback <br /> and thanks everyone for coming. <br /> M. Killion opens the floor to the public to speak and asks that they state their name <br /> before speaking. <br /> Elizabeth Allston states that she lives on Morgan Park which is right next to the field <br /> with no buffer. She says that she has concerns about the portable lights being used <br /> as these are hours when her children are settling down for bedtime. She goes on to <br /> Page 1 1 <br />
