[Gretchen, Laurie Ann, Ray] <br /> • Interface with bylaws committee about procedure [Dave, Gretchen] <br /> • Community input groups; outreach to business and community groups <br /> [Ray, Gina, Ron?] <br /> • Presentation to town meeting [TBD] <br /> • Discussion about how and when to interact with Bylaw Committee.
