After the lottery, <br /> we had a tour of an affordable unit. They build the affordable units the same as the market- <br /> rate units - granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. <br /> North Reading <br /> North Reading Housing Authority is going to sell a condo unit they own located on Main <br /> Street. It is one of the units we almost rehabbed with HOME money. <br /> Project Eligibility letter for Elm Street 40B. It has been 12 years since the Town's last 40B. <br /> Possible MHP consultant for the Town. Ms. Rust recommended Judy Barrett as one of the <br /> best consultants. 200 units. There is a peer review engineer that the Town works with. <br /> North Reading is 20 units away from 10%. Liz Rust attended. <br /> Carpenter Drive Project - April 29 site review. <br /> Reading <br /> Reading has another resale at Reading Woods. Reading is in the process of getting a new <br /> monitoring agent, as Jill Onderdonk is deceased.
