MA. <br /> Board - committee - commission - council: 2819 JUN 2U PH 12 0 <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> Date: 2019-05-15 Time: 7:00 PM <br /> Building: Reading Town Hall Location: Select Board Meeting Room <br /> Address: 16 Lowell Street Session: <br /> Purpose: Public Hearing Version: <br /> Attendees: Members - Present: <br /> John Jarema <br /> Robert Redfern <br /> Cy Caouette <br /> Nick Pernice <br /> Kyle Tornow <br /> Erik Hagstrom <br /> Members - Not Present: <br /> Others Present: <br /> Mark Dupell, Heather Dudko, Kate and Matt McLeod, Radoun Marmount, <br /> Virginia Adams, Scott Gentile, Sal Gentile <br /> Minutes Respectfully Submitted By: Kristen Grover <br /> Topics of Discussion: <br /> Mr. Jarema informed the Board and Public that a technical difficulty occurred in which the Agenda for tonight's <br /> meeting wasn't attached to the website,therefore there could be some question as to whether this meeting was <br /> posted on time or correctly and it is up the Board to decide how to move forward with tonight's meeting. <br /> The Board members discussed their opinions on moving forward with the meeting tonight, potential violations <br /> to public hearing law, future consequences and repercussions, and potentially having to backpedal if they <br /> moved forward tonight <br /> The Board and Applicants discussed postponing the meeting and availability for upcoming dales. <br /> On a motion made Mr. Redfern,seconded by Mr. Caouette, the Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> moved to postpone the hearing for Case # 19-01 and Case #19-08 to May 22, 2019. <br /> Vote was 6-0-0(Jarema, Redfern, Caouette,Hagstrom,Pernice, Tornow). <br /> On a motion made Mr. Redfern,seconded by Mr. Caouette, the Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> moved to postpone the hearing for Case# 19-07 to June 5, 1019. <br /> Vote was 6-0-0(Jarema, Redfern, Caouette, Hagstrom, Pernice, Tornow). <br /> The meeting adjourned at 7:15pm. <br /> Page 1 1 <br />
