Campbell called the meeting to order at 7:04PM. <br /> N. Swain made a motion to accept the November 1 Ith RecreatiottCommittee minutes. K. Kammer <br /> seconded the motion. Motion passed in favor of acceptance of the minutes by a vote of 5 -0 -0. <br /> Adam Chase entered at 7:07 PM. <br /> Joe Rossetti entered at 7:07 PM. <br /> Field Permit Policy and Fees <br /> J. Feudo presented the clumgM as recommended by the Recreation Committee at the previous <br /> meeting. The committee rev`i®aeed the chmilles., K.Kammer made a motion to accept the changes <br /> to the Town ofR 'Field Pormii Policy and Fees document as amended. F. Driscoll seconded <br /> the motion. Motion paggedin favor of acceptance of the changes made to the Town of Reading <br /> Field Permit Policy and Few document as amended. <br /> AdministratWo Report <br /> J. Feudo gave an update for late fall and early winter programming. <br /> The Winter/Spring brocbme is due out the last week of December. Some of the new programs <br /> feature an Adult Volleyball League, Golf Lessons for kids at Hillview Country Club and some <br /> exciting new art classes. <br /> J. Feudo mentioned that the members of the committee should have been approached by the Town <br /> Clerk's office regarding the ethics training. Every town employee,board, committee and <br /> commission must complete this training. This includes all volunteers down to t-Ball coaches. <br /> J. Feudo stated the rinks have been flooded and should soon be ready for skating. Memorial Park <br /> will not be flooded this season to prepare for the improvements to the park scheduled in spring <br /> 2010. The park will also be closed for activities until further notice. <br />
