Committee <br /> Member, Joe Rossetti,Associate Member, John Feudo, Recreation Administrator <br /> B. Winne called the meeting to order at 7:04 PM. <br /> C. Campbell made a motion to accept the June 10th Recreation Committee minutes. N. Swain <br /> seconded the motion. Motion passed in favor of acceptance 6-0-0. <br /> K. Kaminer made a motion to accept the August 12" Recreation Committee minutes. F. Driscoll <br /> seconded the motion. Motion passed in favor of acceptance 6-0-0. <br /> Field Fees/Schedule Sub-Committee <br /> J. Feudo stated after the discussion from the prior months meeting regarding the proposed changes <br /> from the Field Sub-Committee, he felt the system proposed seemed to be most advantageous. Many <br /> of the other concepts seemed to need micro management and would make collection of fees more <br /> difficult. The proposal was the following: <br /> Topic Current System Recommendation <br /> Definition of Reading Resident Reside in Reading Include RMHS Graduates and <br /> Teams/Organization Work in Reading Austin Prep Graduates <br /> Enrolled in Reading School <br /> System <br /> Organization Composition Organization must be at least No Change. <br /> 50%Reading populated to be <br /> given any preference and to <br /> receive resident field rates. <br /> Current Field Rates for Reading Reading Organizations are Reading Organization will be <br /> Organizations currently charged$10(grass)/$12 charged$1003120 per Non <br /> (turf)per ResidentlSeason Resident/season. <br /> N. Swain asked if this was a double standard for adults versus youth. J. Feudo felt that the issue <br /> was with the youth programs and not with the adult programs. He also sited that the adults need to <br /> draw from other communities often to run a team or league as there aren't as many participants to <br />
