He noted the extension expires on 3/23/19 and would like to conclude by then but to be fair to the <br /> Board having just received these documents,they may not be able to make a decision tonight. <br /> Mr. Regnante suggested Mr. MacNichol summarized what has transpired since the last meeting. <br /> Page 1 1 <br />
