Currently, we have $950 in last year's
grant money, $517 in administrative and accumulated Interest money. No interest has
been posted in 5 months.
Jane and Donna completed the Annual Report. Denial letters went out 12/5/18.
Acceptance letters went out 1/2/19.
MaryAnn will work on a press release.
Discussion turned to the presentation before the Select Board on 1/8/19, scheduled for 7:40
pm. The infographic did not work, but MaryAnn prepared a handout and will speak for the
group. Our survey results from last year will be provided and will serve as speaking points.
Many members agreed to attend to support MaryAnn.
We will be working on a new Community Survey this spring. Nancy offered to help, but
feels new members should get Involved in order to carry on in the future.
Donna asked members to think of inviting friends or acquaintances in the community to
become new members of the RCC. Word of mouth seems to be the best method to recruit.
Meeting adjourned at 7:35 pm.
Page 1 1
