Ms. Gingrich explained to Ms. Cassidy the various types of duties <br /> that the MNRHSO performs for the Towns. Ms. Cassidy talked about the problems Woburn <br /> was facing, and we agreed to meet in February when all members were present, and with <br /> further knowledge of Woburn's situation, to discuss Woburn joining the organization, and <br /> what's involved. <br /> North Reading <br /> We discussed the monitoring agent at Edgewood, Veronica Truell. Ms. Rust suggested that <br /> she and I and Ms. McKnight make a face to face appointment with her, as nothing else has <br /> worked. Perhaps we can meet halfway, as Kingston is some distance. Ms. Rust will plan the <br /> trip. <br /> Saugus <br /> Saugus has paid their portion for the current fiscal year. <br /> Reading <br /> We had a discussion of Johnson Woods Condo Association, or the lack of it. An affordable <br /> homeowner called. He mentioned that his building is predominantly renters. The developer <br /> awns the condos and rents them. The developer has built all the units in phases, and they <br /> are still being built in phases. Because the units are still being built, and the developer owns <br /> the majority of the units, there is no condo association. The caller had some water damage <br /> to his unit from the unit upstairs, which was empty. He went through the insurance <br /> Page 1 1 <br />
