This <br /> information Is very helpful when doing the monitoring at Avalon Oaks in Wilmington. The <br /> Town is the Monitor for this property. Ms. Gingrich is interested in attending. <br /> Saugus <br /> Ms. Stanton is still doing work for the Town, but the Town Manager has not sent the FY19 <br /> payment. Ms. Mercier will follow-up on this. <br /> Ms. Stanton is working on parts of the LIP LAU application for Avalon Saugus. <br /> North Reading <br /> The Edgewood Monitoring Report is an ongoing issue for Ms. McKnight and Ms. Stanton. <br /> Housing Solutions for Southeastern Mass is the Monitoring Agent. Lincoln Properties is the <br /> owner of Edgewood. <br /> Reading <br /> There is a small lottery going on for a Reading Woods resale unit. The lottery will be <br /> November 7 at 6:30 PM at Town Hall. So far there are 3 qualified applicants, and we expect <br /> more. After conferring with DHCD, Monitoring agent agreed that seller should provide a P&S <br /> through their attorney, a standard P&S. We had some trouble with this issue on the last <br /> resale at Reading Woods. <br /> Page I 1 <br />
