ZBA meeting is Letter VA,KG <br /> Organ scheduled regarding this property on 120. VA suggested a letter from RHC <br /> be sem to ZBA with background information regarding this project. <br /> RPL RPL expansion committee came to explain some of the proposed <br /> architectural changes to the corent building. Discussed physical changes to Letter of - <br /> Expansion interior and exterior along with the required contents of letter of support frommwpport m KG RHC <br /> committee RHC to RPL by 121. Library Committee will submit Grant Application by me <br /> end of the month. <br /> 320 KG has been notified that the builder, Evner Natareno, and the architect, <br /> Haverhill St Robert Rocker, have met to discuss front door renovations but details not yet <br /> finalized. Rick <br /> Carter (RC) wants to demo building, but is willing to have structure moved. <br /> He has no plans at the moment because there Is no buyer. VA spoke of the <br /> building's significance. Demo Application submitted meets the requirements <br /> 258 Mein St of the RHC. VA moved that 258 Main St is a Preferably Preserved Historic Structure <br /> under Section 5.13.3.6 of the general bylaw and that its demolition may be <br /> delayed for up to 12 months. RC agreed to accept assistance from RHC to <br /> market properties discussed possibility of partial demolition of later ells <br /> allowing for an early release. Voted 5-0. <br /> Economic RHC contacted about our opinion on how the downtown area should be <br /> Development referred to in way-finding signage ' whet, "square" or "downtown'.
