Reviewed and approved minutes of June 7, Submit SRS <br /> 2011 as amended. 3-0. Reviewed and approved minutes <br /> of June 14, 2011 as presented 3-0. <br /> 12 Winter St VA contacted some salvage companies regarding <br /> availability of various components- no response. <br /> Property owner Harold Strand (HS) passed away this <br /> week. Harold's son; David Strand contacted RHC about <br /> the business papers he is ready to donate. To date the Pickup VA, JS <br /> property is still owned by the Strand family. Need to pick boxes <br /> up materials and bring to town hall. <br /> 10 Pierce St RHC discussed the conditions developed and how HS's Check on VA <br /> death impacts it. RS motioned that the Condiffons of process of RS <br /> Release be reviewed by town counsel regarding use of checking <br /> word "applicant", the impact of HS's death and ask if there with counsel <br /> is a need to define where the mitigation would come from if <br /> property transferred ownership. <br /> 335 Main St Mark contacted owner about veneer brick and clarified <br /> situation. RHC quite satisfied with explanation. <br /> RHC returned $.80 to town for FY 10-11 and have now <br /> Treasurer's received $1000. for IY 11-12. VA obtained a book about Order book VA <br /> Report Phebe Hannaford. SRS motioned to purchase a copy for <br /> $14.95 for the Archives. RS seconded. 3-0. <br /> RHC received email from Jean Delois (JD) and <br /> 200 Ash St prospective owner about demolition delay. Inventoried Contact Dr. RS <br /> property (moved multiple times), little historical value and Ravens <br /> wanted as a business property. <br /> Elena has completed the projects to date and now is ready <br /> Senior for more materials. VA & RS will gather more valuation <br /> Worker books for her to type. <br /> VA reported the availability of the town's inventory items <br /> Mass on the MHC website. VA found several inaccuracies with <br /> Historical the 'neighborhood designation" that MHC added to each <br /> Inventory property. The neighborhood should be corrected and a <br /> link to this website added to Reading's webpage prior to <br />
