The motion was seconded by Mr. Safina and approved with a 5-0-0 vote.
Public Hearino - Storage Trailer Special Permit, 1364 Main Street
Applicant: David Feldman of Wlnuate Healthcare
Mr. Feldman was present on behalf of the Application. He explained that the storage unit is
very basic and Is used for storage of medical materials such as wheelchairs and spare beds.
It has no power running to it. Due to a combination of site constraints, such as wetlands,
topography, and existing parking / fire lane areas, the proposed location - within the side
yard setback - is the only feasible place for it on the site. Conservation has no issues with
the location, and abutters have no issues.
The Commission discussed whether a special permit can technically be granted under the
current bylaw. It was noted that the proposed bylaw for accessory structures Includes a
provision to accommodate such situations.
Mr. Hansen Instructed the applicant to keep the storage trailer where it is right now and to
come back before the Commission early next year after the proposed bylaw amendment has
gone to Town Meeting. Mr. Feldman agreed.
Mr. Tuttle moved to continue the public hearing until February 2017. The motion was
seconded by Mr. Weston and approved with a 5-0-0 vote.
Page I 1
