Exterior <br /> changes include removing the low overhang, eaves and shingles, and recladding the <br /> building to make it more vertical and modem in appearance. Site work includes trimming <br /> the landscape beds and planting new shrubs. He noted that the large pine tree at the front <br /> is proposed to be removed and replaced with a smaller tree, and that a total of twelve (12) <br /> new trees will be added around the site. There will be no change to signage, but a new <br /> canopy will be Installed over the order screen window. The parking lot will be restriped but <br /> the lines will not change. The Fluorescent light band on the building and the parking lot <br /> lights will be upgraded to LEDs. <br /> Mr. Safina asked whether the entire red Iightband will be illuminated and whether the light <br /> source will be visible. Mr. Benevides replied that it Is currently entirely illuminated with <br /> fluorescent bulbs, and that the light source will never be visible. Mr. Tuttle pointed out that <br /> it is not currently obvious. <br /> Mr. Safina asked if any lighting is proposed for the order confirmation board. Mr. Benevides <br /> indicated that it would be proposed as part of the sign permit package. <br /> Page I 1 <br />
