Boni and Karen Gately-Herrick <br /> Applicants Frederick J. Boni and Karen Gately-Herrick were present on behalf of the <br /> Application. <br /> Ms. Mercier explained that the Plan shows the creation of one buildable lot with frontage on <br /> Van Norden Road, and one parcel labeled "not a building lot" with insufficient frontage on <br /> Harold Avenue. <br /> Mr. Safina moved to endorse the ANR Plan for 116 Van Norden Road. The motion was <br /> seconded by Ms. Goncalves-Dolan and approved with a 3-0-0 vote. <br /> Plan Endorsement - 149 Van Norden Road <br /> Applicants: Jesse and Sarah Wilson <br /> Attorney Brad Latham was present on behalf of the Application. <br /> Ms. Mercier explained that all of the conditions prior to endorsement have been satisfied, <br /> and that the Town Engineer has issued a memo expressing satisfaction. <br /> Mr. Safina moved to endorse the Final Plan for the Planned Residential Development at 149 <br /> Van Norden Road. The motion was seconded by Ms. Goncalves-Dolan and approved with a <br /> 3-0-0 vote. <br /> Page I 1 <br />
