Shurland made motion to accept, seconded <br /> by Costigan. Motion passed 3:0 <br /> Monthly Reports <br /> Plan review submitted from Jordan's Sweet House. They will be selling pre-packaged fudge, <br /> not making it there as previously requested. Burger King will be doing exterior renovations <br /> to building as well as the dining area and bathrooms. Artis Senior Living Center received <br /> their food establishment license. An open house for the facility will be held after the first of <br /> the year. <br /> DiLauro attended meeting of Opioid Abuse Prevention Coalition. Retail establishments <br /> identified as hot spots for drug abuse will be contacted and owners requested to put up <br /> overdose education posters in their restrooms. The Board will collaborate with RCASA for a <br /> future article to be published in the Chronicle. Standard Operating Procedure has been <br /> developed to remove all medical waste associated with flu clinics and disposed of with Curtis <br /> Bay Medical Waste Services. Public Health Nurse has been Issued a cell phone to conduct <br /> communicable disease follow up. The lower level conference room Is scheduled daily as <br /> required to conduct these confidential interviews. Approximately 1100 flu vaccines have <br /> been administered so far this flu season. <br /> Page I 1 <br />
