He then asked the Public how many of them <br /> attended the 5/2/18 meeting, and those that did raised their hands. <br /> Mr. Jarema explained the usual hearing procedure and how this evening it would be different in order to allow <br /> time for the major issues that need to be discussed to be heard and put on the record—the design changes <br /> and peer review in particular.
