Danielle wants to preserve the affordability. <br /> The development near the quarry is proposed as 450 market-rate,over-55,ownership units.The <br /> project proponent is going to give the town$30 million dollars,some of which could potentially be used <br /> for the development of affordable housing. <br /> Wilmington: <br /> Facilities Master Plan—the Town is looking to surplus land for an over-55 rental project <br /> o The first step is to put together an RFP,or do a solicitation of interest. <br /> o There are different levels of restricted rents—independent living, assisted living,etc. <br /> The rents can be calculated depending on income levels.
