Ms. Rust will send Ms. Mercierthe details. Saugus: Ms. Leahy reached out to TB Holdings, Michael Turcotte,the Essex Landing Developer, but hasn't heard back. Avalon Bay is compliant,and the project should be ready by March,2019. HPP—Ms. Leahy spoke with the Town Manager regarding the contract with MAPC,which expired.The BOS must approve it whether or not the Town Manager agrees. Wilmington: BOS voted not to use Town land for affordable housing.They do not think any land in Town should be declared surplus.The BOS would prefer that private developers solve the problem. Inclusionary zoning will be important, but isn't popular.The goal is to stay at 10%and not lose any ground, but the Town won't stay at 10% in 2020,with what's on the books now. Inclusionary Zoning North Reading doesn't have it. It was not supported 10 years ago. It has an affordable housing overlay district instead, but it hasn't created a single unit.
