She is requesting 'a sign to help <br /> people identify the separate entrance to her business. <br /> Mr. Tuttle asked about the history of the chain link fence on the side and rear of the <br /> property. Ms. Lewin responded that the fence was there when she moved in, and that it <br /> might belong to the owner of the parking lot. <br /> Mr. Safina stated that the Applicant is proposing one non-illuminated sign. He complimented <br /> the sign design and asked if there is an existing light on the side of the building. Ms. Lewin <br /> confirmed that there is a light by the entrance of the business. <br /> Page 1 1 <br />
