He gave a brief overview of how the presentation would proceed: there will <br /> be an introduction of the company and then a review of the proposed plans. <br /> Ms. Teale Bernstein, Organizational Development Manager of Perico Implants North, <br /> provided•a history of the the company: the business provides periodontics and adult <br /> orthodontics. She said the intention is.to close the current practice in Wakefield and. move <br /> to Reading. <br /> Mr. Cameron explained that the Applicant is requesting Site.Plan, approval for improvements <br /> to the parking area. He informed the Commission;the interior renovation has been <br /> permitted and work has commenced. Mr. Cameron presented-the existing.conditions: <br /> • The town of Wakefield is to the east of the Site, and there is Town-owned land to the <br /> south; <br /> Page 1 <br />
