Sisson makes a motion to accept the November <br /> meeting minutes. J. Borawski seconds. No discussion and all in favor 5-0. <br /> G. Fiorente brings up Reading Little League inquiring casually about taking over T-Ball. The. . <br /> committee has a very brief conversation and agrees that T-Ball.should .remain a recreational <br /> sport overseen by Recreation. G. Fiorente says she will discuss with Director of Reading. <br /> Little League if the topic gets brought up again. G. Fiorente.also says that there is.always an <br /> option to collaborate more with Reading Little League and Reading Softball Little League and <br /> that perhaps they would like to run a clinic once a year for the program. <br /> L. Russo asks if there have been,any developments about the pickleball lines going down at <br /> Memorial Park. G. Fiorente saysthat there have been no developments due to theongoing <br /> process with legal to determine what.can and cannot be done at the park. Committee has a-. <br /> short conversation about the long-term goals for an outdoor pickleball area discussed in the <br /> prior meeting. <br /> G. Fiorente discusses upcoming projects. She says the dugouts will be taken down by the <br /> DPW and Reading Little League will .present final plan and start construction once winter is <br /> over. She goes on to talk about the small playground improvement project at•barrows and <br /> the potential project proposed.by some interested parties in regard to dugouts at the <br /> softball fields. <br /> G: Fiorente gives a report on programming, highlighting the over 100 kids signed up for the <br /> Ski program thisyear._She talks about•travel basketball, the new magazine that is just <br /> released, and the upcoming camp early bird registrations. , <br /> G. Fiorente states that the'Birch Meadow Master Planning_ Committee will be meeting,in a <br /> couple weeks and did not meet the month of December. <br /> Page 1 <br />
