VA was appointed as a voting member. <br />• 119 Salem St - Keith Forlizzi of MBA Building Group reports that he has stripped the I <br />asphalt shingles and removed the oil tank. Demolition will resume as weather permits. <br />• 79/81 Salem St - Richard Stuart of Triton Construction Management reports, "At' this <br />point of the year it will probably be Spring when we demolish the building". <br />• Post Mark Square - RHC looks .forward to reviewing landscape details and plans for <br />lower/front granite wall. JEB suggested that kHC send a letter regarding, this request. <br />24 Gould St - Next steps are to obtain an agreement on RHC requests as per our letter <br />to CPDC dated 9/14/17 and prepare for a future Demolition Delay Hearing. David. <br />Traggorth to attend a future meeting. <br />• Inquiries - <br />o 40 Bancroft Excavation - RW & VA visited site and met with owners. Confirmed <br />early 1900 cistern and dry wells. RW to write up his observations. <br />o 22 Dudley - Request for a historic sign has been received. 'Sign's will be ordered <br />in April. <br />• Annual Report - JEB has just a few comments on RW's draft report. <br />• Finances - no recent expenditures. <br />• New Business - <br />o Schoolhouse Condo - VA attended DRT.
