Approval of Minutes from November 14, 2017 <br />Motion: To approve Minutes (VandenAkker/Dubois) <br />Vote: Approved 5-0-0 <br />II. Financial Report: <br />FY2018 <br />Current budget on track. Managing medical leave coverage very well and therefore <br />salary line is under budget. Total budget is currently running 1.13% under expected <br />spending. No large gifts to report. Mr. Brzezenski will follow up on two anticipated <br />year end gifts. <br />III. Director's Report <br />Facilities <br />• The door alarms are on backorder and will be installed as soon as possible. <br />Cost will be less than $600. <br />• We have turned off the "forced on" feature to accommodate closings. Staff <br />will have to be aware of evening traffic patterns to force on "Occupancy" <br />status. <br />• Staff bathroom has toilet and faucet issues that should be resolved in the <br />next two weeks. <br />• Delphi continues to narrow down the source of a small roof leak. Issues still <br />seem to be on the roof deck equipment, possibly the railings. <br />• MIIA did a walk-through of the building for an insurance assessment <br />• Vaping is a growing issue. <br />Page 1 1 <br />
