Approval of Minutes from November 14, 2017 Motion: To approve Minutes (VandenAkker/Dubois) Vote: Approved 5-0-0 II. Financial Report: FY2018 Current budget on track. Managing medical leave coverage very well and therefore salary line is under budget. Total budget is currently running 1.13% under expected spending. No large gifts to report. Mr. Brzezenski will follow up on two anticipated year end gifts. III. Director's Report Facilities • The door alarms are on backorder and will be installed as soon as possible. Cost will be less than $600. • We have turned off the "forced on" feature to accommodate closings. Staff will have to be aware of evening traffic patterns to force on "Occupancy" status. • Staff bathroom has toilet and faucet issues that should be resolved in the next two weeks. • Delphi continues to narrow down the source of a small roof leak. Issues still seem to be on the roof deck equipment, possibly the railings. • MIIA did a walk-through of the building for an insurance assessment • Vaping is a growing issue. Page 1 1
