Gould St Development,, parties <br />involved with the 136 Haven St development and members of the public <br />Minutes Respectfully Submitted By: Sharlene Reynolds Santo <br />Topics of Discussion: <br />• 22 Gould St development project - The developer David Traggorth presented details of <br />the company, their past projects and their ideas for this property. Currently the plan is <br />for a 60 -unit apartment complex with 63 parking spaces. , These units would be 1-3 <br />bedrooms in the top three floors. First floor would be the. enclosed parking and 4-5k sq. ft. <br />of retail space. Some units would be 40R affordable units. They plan to apply for state <br />funding to help finance the project. Gould/Green St neighborhood alliance voiced several <br />issues with this project relating to their quality of life, scale, privacy, parking. Meeting <br />continued to October 2"d at 8:30 pm. <br />• Post Mark Square continuation - Group discussed decision.that is. available on the town's <br />web page reviewing changes to the most, recent version. RHC asked for an additional <br />condition that they consult, with the RHC with a more definitive plan regarding the <br />granite. wall (Condition 11 pg. 11).
