Approval of Minutes from October 10, 2017 <br />Motion: To approve Minutes (Dubois/Pennacchio) <br />Vote: Approved 5-0-0 <br />II. Financial _e og_rt: <br />FY2018: Mostly on track, but running slightly under budget for salaries due to staff <br />medical leave. <br />FY2019: Ms.,Lannon shared both a Level 1 and Level 2 budget, which will be <br />presented and discussed at the Board of Selectmen Budget.Meeting #2 on December <br />13. <br />III. Director's Report <br />FY19 Action Plan: The library's action plan was recently submitted to the <br />Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners. It Includes a range of actions and <br />objectives, with a heavy emphasis on programs that move us forward in our <br />strategic plan. <br />Employee Engagement Survey update: Results are In from the'first part of the <br />survey: "My Work." The survey consists of 14 questions with four choices, assigned <br />point values: Strongly Disagree -1, Disagree -2, Agree -3, and Strongly Agree -4. Of <br />the 14 questions asked, 13 questions average a response of 3 or higher. Ms. Lannon <br />will discuss data and comments with Division Heads and create an action plan to be <br />shared with the Trustees in December. <br />Response to Vandalism: The Library is helping to facilitate a community response <br />by hosting a kindness rock garden and rock decorating event.
