Discussed FY2019 and budget impact'of <br />annual equipment maintenance fees, potential addition -of a programming budget <br />line; and change in NOBLE membership fee. <br />III. Director's Report <br />Facilities: New, shades were installed in the Reading Room .windows that face. the <br />parking lot. The glass studio door was fixed. <br />r Personnel: One staff member will be out -for medical leave. this winter; :the.Assistant <br />Director will fill in, and we will supplement With substitutes as needed.. <br />Programs and Services: This fall we will host an Artist -in -Residence who will lead <br />all ages in the creation of a Town of Reading community collage:., <br />Community Outreach and Engagement: Ms. Lannon; Ms. Waring, and Ms. <br />Pennacchlo ran the Library booth at the Reading Fall Street Faire on Sunday, <br />September 10. Due to our location, we saw less people than In previous years, but <br />had longer, more meaningful conversations with those we reached.
