JEB appointed SC and VA as voting <br />members for this meeting. <br />• 186 Summer Ave - Met with Historic District Commission to discuss a revised version of the <br />Preservation Restriction Agreement for 186 Summer Ave. Both Commissions concluded that <br />JEB should transmit this joint group's proposed revisions and questions to Town Counsel via <br />Community Development Director's office. At 8:50 pm this discussion ended. <br />At this point, HDC adjourned their meeting and left the room; RHC meeting continued. <br />• 119 Salem St - Reviewed letter to Building Inspector regarding this property. <br />• Monopole -Request for Comment from MBTA - There were several smalls to RHC with <br />different plans, regarding proposed placement of monopoles at two locations on MBTA <br />property. RHC purview is whether placement presents any adverse impacts on the Town's <br />historic or cultural assets. The RHC does not oppose that placement of either pole, that <br />neither, in our opinion affect the cultural or historical properties. RHC discussed any adverse <br />impacts on historic or cultural resources In the area. JEB will communicate RHC's position to <br />Ron Weston, who will transmit to META. <br />Ask <br />• Finances - JEB moved to reimburse VA $10.98 for photos printed for Garden Club event. <br />SRS seconded.
