The School Committee rules for subcommittee are read <br />e terms of officers are read from the bylaws <br />�chele Sanphy, Michelle Grasso, Melissa Pucci, Nicole O'Neill, Whitney Crane, Tem Teixeira, Jennifer <br />Killeen all volunteer to be on the subcommittee. <br />Duties of the subcommittee are to be: <br />To go through PAC bylaws and make recommendations about how to make them more functional, using <br />current resources and other resources the committee sees fit. <br />To go through each article comparing it with other bylaws and the school committee section B board <br />conversance and operations, and MASS PAC guidelines, the Open Meeting Law Guide, the Town of Reading <br />guidelines for public officials. <br />Desire to have increased flexibility, clear, remove contradictions, specific terns for officers, open to <br />everyone, membership is currently too exclusive, clarify general membership and voting membership. <br />Revision of bylaws every other year, revisit responsibility of every position. <br />Do we need to add another secretary for maintaining website? <br />Keep election coordinator, make it easier for people to be liaisons, no membership quorum. <br />Change election to the fall when there are more general members at the meetings. Previous year's <br />officers need to have the first couple of meetings in place for the fall. <br />Michelle Grasso puts subcommittee members to a vote.
