MASS. <br />1011 APR 19 P 4= NI <br />Location: Selectmen Meeting Room <br />Session: <br />Version: <br />David Traniello,Chairman, Robert Redfern, Damase Caouette, John Jarema, <br />Erik Hagstrom, Nick Pernice <br />Members - Not Present: <br />Kathleen Hackett <br />Others Present: <br />Administrative Assistant Caitlin Saunders, Michael and Georgia Chute, Jeff <br />and Cheryl Dorenfeld, Chuck Mulik, Michael Newhouse, Chistie Ford, Steve <br />McLaughlin, Tom Cantillon, Bill Alley, Lisa Keegan, Marge McMahon <br />Minutes Respectfully Submitted By: Caitlin Saunders, Recording Secretary <br />Topics of Discussion: <br />Chair David Traniello called the meeting called to order. <br />Case #16-18 <br />There was a request from the applicant to continue this case. <br />Mr. Caouette made a motion to continue Case #16-18 until November 3rd, second by Mr. <br />Jarema and approved with a 5-0-0 vote (Traniello, Redfern, Caouette, Jarema, Hagstrom). <br />Case #16-19 <br />Michael and Georgia Chute are requesting to build an addition and a deck. They will be <br />keeping the existing side setbacks. The back setbacks will meet the requirements. <br />Mr. Redfern noted he has no concerns with the request. <br />Mr. Jarema asked how old the house was and when the garage was added. The house was <br />built in the late 1940's and the garage has been there since before they purchased the <br />house 10 years ago. <br />Mr. Caouette noted he has no concerns. <br />Opened and closed - no Public Comment. <br />Mr. Hagstrom agreed with no concerns. <br />Mr. Pernice noted it looked straightforward and also agreed with no concerns. <br />Page 1 1 <br />
