Call to Order <br />Chair Robinson called the Executive Session to order in the Superintendent's Office. <br />Non -Represented Personnel <br />Dr. Doherty shared that the School Committee is responsible for voting on salary increases for <br />the Assistant Superintendent and Director of Finance. <br />Dr. Doherty said that a 2.5% increase is included in the FY 17 budget and recommended full <br />2.5% salary increase for the Assistant Superintendent for Learning and Teaching for the 2016-17 <br />school year. He reviewed Mr. Martin's accomplishments over this past year. <br />Mrs. Borawski moved, seconded by Mrs. Joyce, to increase the salary of the Assistant <br />Superintendent of Learning and Teaching to $135,267 for the 2016-17 school year. The roll <br />call vote carried 6-0. Mr. Robinson, Mrs. Webb, Mrs. Joyce, Mr. Nihan, Mrs. Borawski <br />and Mrs. Snow Dockser voting in favor. <br />Dr. Doherty reviewed Ms. Sybert's contract and recommended a one-year extension. <br />Mrs. Webb moved, seconded by Dr. Snow Dockser, to approve a one year contract <br />extension at a salary of $102,500 for the Director of Finance. <br />Page 1 1 <br />
