Call to Order <br />Chair Robinson called the Executive Session to order in the Superintendent's Office_ <br />Litigation <br />Attorney Doneski updated the committee on the status of the TLT case. The Master has come <br />back with three draft decisions; Asbestos, Track and Lights. The approximate amount due at this <br />point is $3,369,655. <br />Mr. Robinson asked about the assessment of interest. Mr. Doneski indicated that the Master may <br />decline to comment on the interest. <br />Mr. LeLacheur asked if there was support for liquidated damages. Mr. Doneski said he is not <br />sure if we will get the claims and liquidated damages. <br />Mrs. Webb asked if it would be better to wait to hear all of the Master's decisions. <br />Mr. Halsey pointed out that the clock continues to tick for interest. The sooner we close this case <br />the better. <br />Mr. Doneski said that TLT has not been engaged in conversation. To date, they have rejected an <br />offer to settle in the amount of $2M.
