Call to Order <br />Chair Robinson called the Executive Session to order in the Superintendent's Office. <br />TLT Litigation <br />Mr. Doneski provided an update of the TLT litigation. The Master has rendered a draft decision <br />on the Asbestos portion of the lawsuit finding mostly in favor of TLT. <br />Mrs. Webb arrived at 6:10 p.m. <br />The settlement amount does not include interest. <br />Mr. Doneski said that since the last time we met the TLT vs. the Town of Sutton has been settled <br />he suggested that we reach out to Western Surety to settle explaining that we have reached out to <br />TLT to no avail. <br />The Committee agreed to have Mr. Doneski contact Western Surety. <br />Mr. Robinson asked if there was any recourse against previous Counsel, architect and project <br />manager. <br />Mr. Doneski indicated that there may be a statute of limitations on these issues. <br />Page 1 1 <br />
