There have been
several delays and he feels there may be no action on this litigation until 2016. Mr.. Doneski
asked the Committee on direction regarding the possibility of a settlement offer. A possible
settlement in a separate litigation may make TLT more receptive to a settlement proposal.
The School Committee would like counsel to move forward with the settlement discussions with
a starting point of $850,000.
Dr. Doherty pointed out that if there is a settlement it may be reimbursable by the MSBA.
Mr. Doneski left the meeting at 10:35 p.m.
Possible Litigation - Modulars
This is a subject of executive session.
Page 1 1
