Call to Order <br />Chair Caruso called the Executive Session to order in the Superintendent's Office. <br />Litigation Strategy <br />Mr. Doneski updated the School Committee on the status of the Building Project Lawsuit. There <br />are two hearing dates left in the process. The hearing process has taken longer than anticipated. <br />Once the hearing proceedings are completed the master will issue a draft report on which each <br />party may comment and propose revisions with reasons for the revisions. Then, the master will <br />finalize the report and submit it to Superior Court. Final action by the Superior Court will <br />become the judgement on the case. This process will take several months. Mr. Doneski does not <br />expect any resolution until sometime in 2016. <br />Mr. Doneski left the meeting at 9:11 p.m. <br />Page 1 1 <br />
