Call to Order <br />Chair Croft called the Executive Session to order in the Superintendent's Office. <br />Litigation Update <br />Attorney Doneski updated the Committee on the status of the TLT litigation case. Mr. Dunlap's <br />testimony began today before the Master. Mr. Doneski feels Mr. Dunlap is a good witness for the Town. <br />Superintendent Doherty asked for clarification regarding a settlement offer and if we went to 7 figures <br />would TLT settle. Mr. Doneski will attempt to elicit information from TLT's counsel regarding a <br />settlement. <br />Attorney Doneski said that Mr. Dunlap had asked about receiving compensation similar to what Mr. <br />Capaldo was receiving for his testimony and asked the School Committee to extend the same rate to Mr. <br />Dunlap. The School Committee agreed. <br />Mr. Robinson asked about the possibility of bringing cases against Design Partnership of Cambridge, Ai - <br />3 and Brackett & Lucas. <br />Page 1 1 <br />
