Call to Order <br />Chair Croft called the Executive Session to order in the Superintendent's Office. <br />Litigation Update <br />Superintendent Doherty introduced replacement counsel David Doneski of Kopelman & Paige. <br />Mr. Doneski said that he has begun the process of examining the documents pertaining to the TLT case. <br />He reviewed the findings regarding the case. The Town had resolved one portion of the matter and cases <br />involving asbestos removal, the track and liquidated damages remain active. <br />The next court date is May 5, 2014. At this time testimony before the Master will continue. <br />Mr. Caruso asked what the procedure would be to settle this case. <br />Mr. Doneski said the School Committee would need to provide direction to offer a settlement. <br />Mrs. Webb would like to see a justification offer. Mrs. Borawski wanted to confirm that if we settled <br />with TLT that the case would be closed completely. The response was yes it would be. <br />Page i 1 <br />
