Call to Order <br />Chair Croft called the Executive Session to order in the Superintendent's Office. <br />Pending Litigation <br />Dr. Doherty shared that Kopelman & Paige has begun working with Brackett & Lucas on the <br />TLT case. <br />Collective Bargaining <br />Dr. Doherty updated the School Committee on the bargaining sessions to date. He said the last <br />negotiating session was more positive. There was amore detailed conversation. <br />He reviewed proposed contract language and asked the School Committee for guidance on the <br />financial package. <br />Page i 1 <br />
