Mr. Brackett has been
asked to propose an April 8h date to allow the School Committee to have placement counsel in
place.
The School Committee discussed the hiring of replacement counsel process. It was suggested
that 2 members participate in the process. Mr. Brackett has provided the information on two
firms and has recommended one of the firms to the School Committee. The Superintendent has
reached out to other district Superintendents for legal counsel recommendations. He also
suggested that it would be best to meet with the 2 recommended firms should the master not
grant the extension.
Page 1 1
