Schettini, Jr. -Superintendent of Schools <br />Scott Dunlap, Ai -3 <br />Dave Capaldo, DPC <br />Ellen Doucette, Brackett & Lucas <br />Gary Brackett, Brackett & Lucas <br />I. Call to Order <br />School Committee Chair, Ms. Lisa Gibbs called the executive session meeting to order at 9:45 p.m. <br />H. Litigation Strategies <br />Superintendent Schettini updated the committee on the pending litigation with TLT. <br />Mr. Robinson moved to approve, seconded by Mr. Caruso the additional service order for <br />professional services by Design Partnership of Cambridge, required as a result of litigation, <br />with a not to exceed amount of $6,000. The motion passed 5-0. <br />IV. Approval of Minutes <br />The committee voted on a motion by Mr. Robinson, seconded by Mr. Caruso, to approve the <br />executive session minutes of November 29 2007. Roll call vote 5-0. <br />IV. Motion to Adjourn <br />The Committee voted on a motion by Mr. Robinson seconded by Mr. Caruso to move <br />adiourn The motion was approved on a roll call vote of 5-0. <br />Committee adjourned at 10:30 p.m. <br />Approved 4.07.08 <br />Released 1.09.17 <br />
