Minutes of the Executive Session <br /> Board of Selectmen Meeting of March 19, 1991 <br /> The meeting convened at 9:30 p.m. Present were Chairman Eugene <br /> Nigro, Vice Chairman Dan Ensminger, Secretary Sally Hoyt, <br /> Selectmen George Hines and Russell Graham, and Town Manager Peter <br /> I. Hechenbleikner. <br /> On motion by Graham, seconded by Hoyt, the Board voted to approve <br /> the minutes of 1/9/91 by a vote of 5-0-0. <br /> On motion by Graham, seconded by Hines, the Board voted to ap- <br /> prove the Executive Session minutes of 2/12/91 by a vote of 5-0- <br /> - 0. <br /> The Board expressed concern about the status of negotiations by <br /> the School Department with its unions. There is concern that <br /> they have been offering something other than the zero percent in- <br /> creases that have been agreed to by the joint School, Board of <br /> Selectmen, FinCom meeting. The Board of Selectmen suggested a <br /> joint meeting with the School Department at 7: 00 p.m. on March <br /> 26. The Board also asked to have at least an outline form agree- <br /> ment between the School Department and the Board of Selectmen <br /> regarding various issues for its meeting next Tuesday. <br /> On motion by Graham, seconded by Hines, the Board voted to ad- <br /> journ the Executive Session at 9:45 p.m. All five members voted <br /> in the affirmative and the motion was carried. <br /> On motion by Ensminger, seconded by Hoyt, the Board voted to ad- <br /> journ by a vote of 5-0-0. <br /> Resp=ectfully submitted, <br /> Secretory <br />
